PAYMENT

Ordering t-shirts from the Nocturnal Sea webstore is done primarily through Google Checkout, a safe, secure online shopping cart.  If you would prefer to use a check or money order, or if you do not wish to use the Google Checkout service, you may contact the artist/printer directly at john@nocturnalsea.com to place an order by e-mail.  Please allow 2 weeks for checks to clear the bank.    

SHIPPING AND ORDER TIME

Orders are filled within 72 hours Monday through Friday.  Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the next business day.  Orders are shipped out through our local USPS office.  Please allow 3-10 days for delivery.  Shipping is automatically calculated by Google Checkout.

RETURN/EXCHANGE

Items can be returned or exchanged up to 15 days after they have been received.  Returned/exchanged items must be in the condition that they were received in.  Sorry, but we cannot accept returned/exchanged items that have been soiled or washed.  To make a return or an exchange, please e-mail john@nocturnalsea.com with either the header “Return” or “Exchange”.  Please also specify the reason for your return/exchange.
